Consultation

Book in for your free consultation. We’ll chat through your concerns and make sure you have the best treatment plan.

Pre-appointment

1 week before
Avoid any treatments that may irritate your skin (such as waxing, electrolysis, threading etc.)
4 days before
stop all retinoids and topical skincare apart from gentle cleansers, moisturizers, and sunscreen
2-4 days before
antibiotics should be discontinued (if your medical condition allows).

Your appointment

Arrive early on the day of your treatment to allow plenty of time to meet your aesthetician and talk through the procedure. Make sure your skin is clean; there should be no lotion, makeup, perfume, powder, or oil on the skin that is going to be treated.

The treatment

Lie back on our chair and relax! We’ll make sure you’re completely comfortable before starting the treatment and we’re happy to take a break whenever needed - just ask!

Post-appointment

The aesthetician will guide you through your full aftercare plan before you leave the spa. In general, we will ask you to avoid products that contain retinol, alcohol, or AHA for 1 week and apply sunscreen daily.
